They say history repeats itself. It is absolutely true! I had the pleasure of being introduced to the ancient art (health) of Qi after becoming quite ill and needed to regain my strength. I’ve always had a strong inner spirit and faith. I do believe my spirit told my “why not try” when my doctor suggested this!

We met on Saturdays and I was pleased to find two others who were open minded. We started with a history lesson which made total sense and so interesting. Then we began our experience with Qi. We were to learn 1-64 movements. I thought I would not be able to remember, but our instructors were so patient and kept going over and over our movements. We studied 8 moves of the 64 each Saturday. They taught us Not to worry, that the Qi would come with our daily practice. So I learned to Believe and Practice! I am a diabetic and Qi has helped me so much with my balance, flexibility, breathing, meditation, relaxing, strengthening my muscles and getting a warming unstressful workout for my entire body. Who says they can’t teach an old dog new tricks! I know someday I’ll be as fluid as my instructors. (As much as a 65 year old can be!) We don’t always need to understand the working of Qi, but I can guarantee that it is working for me!

I can’t THANK my instructors enough for their encouragement and dedication in helping us to achieve a healthier mind and body: Qi is something all should embrace!”

With Sincere Appreciation,
