I thoroughly enjoyed learning the first form of Wild Goose Qi Gong from Drs. Jia Mei and Wei Chen. Due to my busy schedule in school – 20 credits and stressful exams every week – I have experienced burnout on a few occasions. I have found that the meditative nature of practicing Wild Goose Qi Gong has helped me to avoid burnout by relieving stress and rebuilding energy and motivation. I was a beginner and had not heard much of Qi Gong before taking the course, but the adept instruction by both Drs. Chen allowed me to learn some of the form’s finer nuances.
